EOC is happy to welcome Shannon Francis! Our new Program Assistant has a diverse non-profit accounting and administrative background, and is also a certified Permaculture Design Instructor. She is one of the few female Indigenous Permaculturists in the Rocky Mountain and Southwestern regions. Shannon received the 2015 Cesar E. Chavez female leadership award and the 2014-2015 Justin B. In addition to working at EOC, Shannon will continue practicing Indigenous Permaculture with the Denver Indian Family Resource Center, Four Winds American Indian Council, and Rocky Ridge Boarding School on the Navajo Nation.
