Low-Income Housing Is Indispensable and a Precious Resource for All of Us

 

According to the National Low Income Housing Coalition, there is a national shortage of 7.1 million homes that are affordable AND available to the lowest income households. We are working hard to close the gap by building more affordable housing right here in our community. The Coalition’s latest permanent supportive housing project Renaissance at North Colorado Station will be opening early next year.

 

Everyone talks long and hard about housing and yet the housing that is being developed is a droplet  not carving out the demand and seeing that the housing exists for all  families, children and all ages in between.
