DING XINFENG, a homeless man in Beijing who, like many others across East Asia, finds refuge overnight in a 24-hour McDonald’s restaurant.

In major cities across East Asia, downtrodden people with no better place to sleep have made 24-hour McDonald’s restaurants their overnight home.
